XT1540 (Moto G 3rd Gen) on MetroPCS

I have a question. I just bought a Unlocked 3rd generation Moto G (XT1540). I have a 1st gen and I still love the phone. However being I bailed on Boost Mobile because of horrid coverage and went with MetroPCS (which runs on T-Mobile's GSM service) I figured it was time to upgrade.

Does anyone know the server, MMS and all the specific ip addresses for MetroPCS so when I get it I can get everything working properly or is all of that stored on the sim card?

There is a sticky on the forum for MetroPCS that has that information.

Thank you. I just got the phone today and will edit the info. As for wrong placement. I figured it was because it was a Moto G. Either way. Thank you
