Xtrons Android problems

Hi, i'm hoping someone can help me here?

I recently bought an extrons TD699A head unit running Android 5.1 lollipop RK3188, i think thats the full name and firmware.

Basically i updated the system with firmware sent to me by Xtrons themselves but it has killed the head unit, its now stuck on the boot screen and won't go any further, when it tries to load the firmware i get lines coming up saying things like - Failure to mount image, Failure to mount cache (invalid argument) then goes through a little more loading before briefly saying rebooting and opens the lollipop symbol and just stays on that.
Any help would be amazing,

Thank you

Sounds like they sent you and flashed the wrong firmware for this unit, and it bricked as a result. You probably need to contact Xtrons again, tell them what happened.

If it's completely bricked, ultimately they may have to replace the thing.
