Yahoo mail issue

I have tried to activate Yahoo on the stock email app for hours. It either says incorrect password (not the case) or imap/pop 3 not set up. The manual settings match everything I've seen online and my account is set to "access email from other source" so what gives?

Well BT reported issues with Yahoo before and they use it for their email for thier customers.

So I guess it's a global problem.
 
just use the yahoo app. sooo much better and easier. sure it has it's issues, minor though they are.
