Yahoo Notification

Greetings,

I grow tired of a Yahoo notification that "Related messages are now grouped into conversations". Like, now after the latest RE-notification (for the um-teenth time), I GET IT and would like this (and only this) notification to CEASE!

Any ideas?

Am using the Yahoo Mail app on a DroidX. I don't want to shut off ALL notifications, just this one.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this....still, I'd love a solution if there is one.

You said you are using the Yahoo mail app, do you mean the default one, or the one installed from the Play store?

Have you gone into the Settings and checked under notifications and seen if there are any options for it in there?

yes, I checked the Droid X's notifications settings. I don't want to turn them ALL off.

Well you would need to go into the settings for the Yahoo Mail app not the Droid X notifications.

Actually, I looked all over the Yahoo Settings as well. (and just did it again)

I sure can't find anywhere to shut down notifications.
