Help Yahoo Push Email Issue

Is anyone else having an issue where it takes 20 minutes to an hour to receive yahoo Push email? My Gmail messages come instantly but my Yahoo push email takes quite a long time. anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue?
 
Wonder if the shutdown this week of older Yahoo mail clients is related? Wouldn't think so but you never know.
