So a while back I Believe it was shabbypenguin who responded. But in order to get full access of Web pages using native wifi tethering on phone there was a line in google Chrome properties that I had to edit. And everything worked fine. I have forgotten it and would like to ask if anyone would be kind enough to remember please refresh my memory.
