Earlier last month, it was announced that people living in South Korea could use Samsung Pay to withdraw cash from ATMs.
It seems this feature has now been rolled out globally as the latest announcement doesn't talk about any regional restrictions.
Update: When this was originally reported, there wasn't any mention about it being restricted to a specific country. Now that there is more information out there, it's been confirmed that this rollout is for South Korea only
