Go to the Playstore app and get into settings. Then scroll down to Content Filtering and click. Make sure all the maturity categories are clicked, then enter the passcode (or create one if it asks.)
You might also want to join forums and find the folder for your phone to discuss and phone-specific questions you may have. Folks on here are always willing to help.
