Help Your device has been modified.

So i'm trying to update my samsung galaxy s4, android version 4.4.2, and when i try it says "Your device has been modified. Software updates are not available" I did have it rooted but i just factory reset it and it still gives me that error thing?

You've likely tripped the Knox counter when it was rooted, which is a non-resettable hardware e-fuse intended to show unauthorized tampering and warranty void. And I believe it can only be cleared by Samsung themselves.

This is a main reason why I wouldn't have any more Samsung devices.
