I bought this phone myself like 2 years ago and I just upgraded it to Oreo. I don't have an organization, and my phone says it is managed by one. It isn't that much of a problem, but it says they have enough access to delete all the data on my phone. It might be Verizon, but I am not sure.

No, it is connected to my personal email. I removed it but it still said it was managed by an organization.

I installed an app to run cardboard apps on the gear VR and that took admin privileges. I uninstalled it and the message is gone now.
