"Your recent screens appear here"?

Thanks. Seems a bit odd. Some people in the bug report are reporting it for other devices, too (Moto X, old Nexus 5). Most are 6p users, though. I guess it's not everybody.
 
Same issue here on a new Moto G3. Hit the "recent screens " button and it just says "your recent screens appear here", no matter how many apps or 'screens' I've been using. No root or mods or anything.
 
I've been seeing this sporadically over the past couple of weeks on my Moto G 1st Gen. Restarting fixes it, but that doesn't last long. Now it happens at least once a day.
 
Moto G. Been working fine for over a year and, as of a week or so ago, is regularly showing the "Your recent screens appear here" when I tap the recent screens icon in the lower right corner. Definite bug.
 
For people who are experiencing it, check out the bug report I linked to in the first post. It appears to have something to do with OK Google voice commands.
 
Please star the issue.

And, until they fix it, you may not want to use voice commands / OK Google.
 
I'm getting this on my 5x. Is this related to a recent update? Anyone have a better fix than rebooting? Need to clear the cache on an app?
