What made you choose the name you have?

Mine comes from a Stephen King set of novels called "The Dark Tower", I saw the name and it fitted right in with my anonymous nature.

good topic man... but I honestly don't remember why I choose my name.... Only thing is my choice tendency is to choose sarcastic or smart-ass names as far outside the normal as possible guess it falls under that category...

12 years ago I was over my ex's house staying over. Everyone was sleeping and was on her PC. I never had an AIM name and decided to make one. Didn't know what to make it and looked up and saw she had a PC game called shivers. The 316 come from Austin 316 which says: I JUST WHOOPED YOUR ASS!!!

I was close to using my other favourite name "Mick Stup", while it's not my name it often shows my state of mind

A known "bug" in each girl's OS, this passion for shoes...nothing more to it. To troubleshoot, I would need to find what causes this exception, but no code review ever helped. So I find workarounds sometimes, and sometimes I can't help it. And that's why I am shoes
the bug causes issues in my budget application sometimes though...

C is my first initial, and RED is the first 3 letters in my last name. 05 was the year I created my email address which has the same name.

I used to have a 6/1 connection back when DSL was new for homes. It was some kind of testing that SBC at the time was doing. So i started the name N3TWORK BURN3R. I think it fit perfectly cause i went on to study computer networking, which made the name ring true

I don't really know. I've had this user name since AOL. 79 really doesn't mean anything either as my birth year is not 1979.

Let's see...my drug dealer started calling me this name back in the day, and then my friends eventually picked up on that nickname over time...so it just kinda stuck with me. People just like saying the word "foo" too for some reason

Well, my husband's last name is Sherman. So he goes by Shermanator (long before American Pie ever came out) and so the counter-part to a dominator would be the dominatrix. Upon marrying him, I have supplanted his rule over the world as the Shermanatrix.
