Youtube app issue - stuck at 480p & no 60fps

Hi,

On my Moto G4 (2016) I can't watch videos above 480p, nor at 60fps. Even updating the app, clearing cache and data does not fix the issue. The videos I have tested are certainly capable of these settings, as I have watched them correctly on other mobile devices and on desktop.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated

same thing bruh with my new phone xperia x that supports 60fps (i think)
it goes down to 480p with 30fps from 60fps vids
