Root Youtube CM12 Installation Tutorial

neither... my mobile network state says disconnected.... it also gives me an error finding mobile networks... so i have restored 4.4 for now

Okay, the next time you flash a new rom, go into your phone app and dial the number *#*#4636#*#*. Tap on "Phone information" and scroll down a little bit and tap on the space under "Set preferred network type:". Set it to "GSM auto (PRL)" and that should restore your cell service.

Okay, go into phone settings and tap on "Mobile networks". Tap on "Prefered network type" and select LTE(recommended). Next tap on "Access Point Names" and select "T-mobile US LTE IPv6". Hopefully that should restore data.
 
Changes to make on the Metro APN (if your using the optimus version):
APN protocol: IPV6
Bearer: LTE

select save in APN menu

You could delete the other APNs that aren't metro because sometimes APN default might not stick.
 
Nothing gets my data going.... can make calls but the signal comes with an !.... I have never had this much trouble with a ROM with APN settings.... How can we determine if the phone is an optimus version... is this the 1 you get from metro and i believe the box says optimus F60

Edit: thanx Inca and thanx Fanatic got it.. I guess it was an optimus works great now thank you guys

Lg ms395 model number is the optimus version. Should've just said that in the first place [emoji28]
