Youtube doesn't work

Every time I try to play a youtube video, or any video for that matter, I receive an error message informing me the "video cannot be played".

Am I missing a piece of software or something?

I have a Droid eris, BTW.

This is a common problem since the last update in December. Look in the Sprint HTC forum. There were work arounds posted, but they have not worked for me. You can usually connect via wifi.

I have the Sprint Hero and and the Youtube app doesn't work. Go to youtube.com with the browser and it will work. It works with both the network and wifi.

Youtube app wont play due to common issue...best if you go to youtube.com(browser) and play it from there.

i have a Motorola I1, and YouTube won't even work through my browser, so now what?
