How can i get fullscreen without zooming in?

At the bottom right of the video should be a square looking icon, that's what makes videos play full-screen.

I mean, if you tapped the icon, you see black bars.

You mean if the video isn't 16:9 aspect ratio like the phone screen, because some videos are 4:3 or something which will show black bars. I think zooming in is the only way, but of course that crops 4:3 aspect videos top and bottom.
