Yuancin Mobile Pico Video Projector - location of video files

I have recently just bought a Yuancin Mobile Pico Projector which runs Android 4.4. I have set it up so that it automatically loads the video app (using AutoStart - No Root). However I cannot find the folder where I should copy the videos to. When I connect it to a PC I found a movie folder, but when I put it in there it does not appear when the video app loads up (I have to go through explorer to find the file, click to play and then choose the video app). I have attached a screen grab.

Can any suggest how I get a video into this folder?
