Yuehoo android head unit stuck on sync screen

Bought an android radio unit called yuehoo for ford kuga 2015.

It's stuck on a SYNC screen. Every time I tap to go to home or settings etc it goes there for approximately 1 second and then goes back to the sync screen with Chinese writing.

Any advice greatly appreciated. Yes hard reset done many times already.

Image attached. Reverse camera works fine and stays on.

I don't have any way of testing the radio. I'd have to take it to a garage and they will charge.

Is there a psu i could get that would let me power up the unit without me having to install it in the car?

Attached are images of the canbas they requested

I don't think so, not unless you can get hold of a workshop CANbus testing rig. Having said that, I've never touched anything CANbus myself(I haven't owned a car in 15 years), I only know what it is and have seen online.

I think your best move is to get them to replace it, and try a new one.
