Z557bl app settings

If an app doesn't have a settings or menu button how are we supposed to access the menu?
Previous phone just used the left soft button but on the ZTE z557bl the left soft is active processes, the middle button is useless Google assistant and the right button is the exit.
So I'm just going in circles trying to access the settings menu on my app! Any thoughts?

You can only change the order of the soft keys not their function..

There's not a lot of uniformity on those settings menus these days. Different apps may have a settings menu that's accessible in a three horizontal lines icon (a.k.a hamburger icon) or three vertical dots icon that's in one corner of the app's window. (Usually in the upper left or right corner, sometimes the bottom)

True. Unfortunately this particular app doesn't have an embedded settings button which is why I'm searching for a route to access the menu on the ZTE.

What is the exact name of the app in question?

App is called Scanner Radio. Previous versions did not have a settings button.
