Edit: I agree with the post below. I just think the title is a rather poor ploy of sensationalism.

Actually while the summary is a little strong (eg. stating as fact stuff we don't know for sure) they do seem to have quoted Phases' post for most of the article, and the advice is only what we are saying (change pw, and if you use the same pw elsewhere change it there too). So anyone reading the whole thing should get a fair impression.
