Zedge ringtones & Text Sounds

All of a sudden my LG F7 cell phone, stopped allowing Zedge ringtones & text sounds. Is this an Android problem? I run Goggle Chrome. I reinstalled the app, ringtone & notification sounds, but it didn't restore them. Any suggestions?

Once uninstalled, you lose everything from Zedge. Use a file explorer and check for folders Zedge may have created and delete them.
Reboot and reinstall Zedge

Always good to copy the files from the Zedge folder to the device, or even to an SD card.
