Help Zedge scrolling

Looking at my wife's Razr HD Maxx and set a Zedge background and I noticed when I scroll through the home screens the background doesn't scroll. Is this normal or is there a setting?

I'm not sure if it's available on stock RMHD. I couldn't find it (although I didn't look very hard). It comes as part of Nova Launcher so I never had to look too hard.

If you can't find it, give Nova a try. It's much nicer.
 
Verizon is sending me a Razr HD to replace my GNex was was poking around. Looks like the default automatic brightness is brighter. Will miss vanilla Android.
