Help Zenwatch 2 - can't read emails

First it was texts - now emails - The client I use on my LG G4 is Outlook - The notifications come across on the Zenwatch 2 just fine - but neither swiping up or clicking on it let's me read the body of the message - what am I doing wrong?

I just purchased my Zenwatch yesterday and have the same problem. I have a Galaxy Note 3 and use the standard messaging and yahoo mail and also gmail. I see the notification, but cant swipe up to read the text or email. Is there a solution? If not, I will return the watch. Update: After writing this, I did get an email notification from my gmail account, which I never use. I was able to tap and swipe, and read that email. So it appears to just be an issue with my Yahoo account. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.
