i just got my new zerolemon extended battery case and i let it charge untill all the leds lit up but when i hooked it up to my LGG2 it said it was unable to charge can any one help me understand why it wont let it charge my phone

just a wild guess... maybe there's a button on the battery pack that you have to push to start charging?

(I don't see a purpose for such button, but that's how my snowleopard external power back works).
