Why when its charged 100% when i search shuts off fast like a burnt out light bulb ?
also when searching for a website notice says CANT ESTABLISH SECURE CONNECTION ?

I assume "ZX960" is some unbranded cheap China phone. either that or it's a type of front disc brake pads,

...or it's the muffler bracket for a '79 Pinto.

Could be it has a hardware or firmware problem, that needs service or replacement. Have you tried restarting or resetting the phone?

Can't estsblish secure connection is what I sometimes see when trying a http website intead of a https website.

Possibly you may need to update Android System Webview.

As far as shutting off during use when the device says it is 100% charged, that is either a bunk battery or the system is overtaxed- either not enough free memory (RAM) or the CPU threshold has been crossed.
