Help zio keeps ringing

my zio keeps ringing as if there was a call but there is no call
the only way to stop it is by calling someone but its only temporarily lasting
from 10 min to a full day

so can anyone help this annoying issue

There isn't much to do about it. It's a limited problem to a very few users. Sorry.
