Zmax virus alert along

This site keep opening on my phone, talking, saying my phone and SIM card are infected. I think it may corilate with the Stock Android alert. Both started around same time. Any ideas how to get them off or make it stop? HUGELY APPRECIATED

This has happened to me twice know I've installed eveie launcher and it work fast for awhile. Just the other day my phone started saying this app has stopped running then it says wait, report, close. Then my hubby called me today to say suddenly his phone stopped notifying him of his incoming text messages mine is doing the same thing. What's the matter with these phones.
