Root ZTE Anthem -- ROOTING ISSUES!

I am trying to root my phone and so far nothing is working. Can someone please help

Does anyone know why my phone turns off while im trying to root it?? And if so, what can i do to keep it from do it???

Some phones reboot while rooting. The lg motion reboots.

If you have made it as far as your phone turning off during ROOTING processes then you are close. Can you tell me the step by steps you have taken to get your ZTE Anthem rooted?

The instructions for rooting the ZTE Anthem 4G (ZTE N910 MPCS) are exactly the same as the ZTE Merit (Z990G) available through Straight Talk.

Click the link and follow the instructions. I have done it and my Anthem 4G is now 100% Rooted. Follow the instructions and you'll be good to go.

I don't (yet) have permission to post the instructions. (waiting for approval from author)

I did the root process and tells me there is no file q
ls-l / data / local.prop
no such file
help me please
