I did have an ignore app, but I uninstalled iut ages ago and this has just started. I have cancelled all call blocking in the phone's settings.
The phone rings for maybed 1/2 second on an incoming call, then goes to messagebank. It seems not to be a network issue, as the phone does register a missed call. This is the exact behaviour of the app I had installed. I uninstalled it because it was not a defence against hearing that a call had come in.
I am close to factory resetting the phone in desperation. Experience gtells me tat even that may not work.
Anyone have any ideas?

EDIT: It seems to only be the one number...my wife's TRhis could be a good or bad thing
I have checked the Contact and there is a setting to send straight to messagebank, but that is noit ticked. So any other ideas?
