I got this phone from ptbo square brand new n everything was fine for abit then it started shutting off while Im playing cellphone games but then going back to my main menu, iv got data n storage room so I didn't see why that was happening. So then I emailed the manufacture to tell them about it n they said to give them the IMEI number n my location n all this stuff. So I did but it's still happening. Just wondering if anyone else's phones are doing that and how to fix it?

If you have all your updates. I would try a factory reset, start fresh with new installations of your games. That's about all I can think of. Maybe someone else has a better solution. Good Luck!
