ZTE BLADE: Wont turn on NO led light.

Went too turn on my ZTE blade and wouldnt turn on. tried charging via plug and USB and nothing happens, Tried to leave for several hours plugged in too charge not even a red LED light flashes. Anyway to fix this Will need detailed advice as not that good.

EDIT: Managed to turn on phone (without the battery weirdly) and keeps on restarting. Anyway i can stop it from doing this?
