ROMs ZTE Grand X3

I have a ZTE Grand X3 and want to use a custom room I do not have root access and would really appreciate it if anyone could tell me in detail how to do it without root

What you're asking is absolutely impossible. You need root to modify just about every area on Android phone, from the cellular radios to the processor speed.

At the moment there are no custom ROM'S for the z959. That requires root, which was just found, and an unlocked bootloader the process for which has yet to be found.
