Hey Casey what carrier do you have and which phone, it says 2 diff models, so I was just curious cause it might work better for one or the other or diff carriers might be easier too, I have a Max Xl from boost on 7.1.1

In recent firmwares version, they say you need to write a different modem file.
thats why it still says invalid sim

Got link to the file.

For those of you with Inavlid Sim error after the unlock process with the posted solution, you only need to write the modem partition with the NON-HLOS.bin file.

after reboot, phone unlocked.

windows keeps removing the dongle flasher file. how do you all force windows to keep it there and run it. i have turned off every feature i know of to make it run.
