Help ZTE phone won't turn on or charge.

My ZTE Blade Q Mini will not turn on or charge. When plugged in, the phone will say that it is at 1% charge and it will remain that way, regardless of how long it is on charge for. When the power button is held down to turn the phone on, the 1% will change to the empty battery symbol with a large bolt inside it. Can anyone help with this issue?

Does it have a removable battery? If yes, then my first port of call would be replacing that.

If that fails, you're best bet would be to give ZTE or your network a call as the handset will most likely need replaced.
