Help ZTE Racer message prompt

Hi there, can anyone tell me how I get my ZTE Racer to prompt me more than once after I've received a message or missed a call. I'm sure I must be missing something in the settings but just can't find a way to do this.

dont think it lets you with stock messaging and dialer but not 100% sure on this.

Thanks Ryan, I've just found an app in Market called Missed Call and loaded it, have sent two test messages to my phone and I'm getting repeat prompts. I'm quite chuffed as I only bought the phone a week ago, so only started in Androidism. Appreciate your help. Frankie x

there are many apps that i installed its mainly a backup phone for me i like GO SMS
