Help ZTE Racer

My ZTE Racer's screen has frozen, cant do anything with it (even unlock the screen) What can i do??? :'(

Have you tried removing the battery then turning on again?

Yeah, i couldn't even turn it off so i had to remove the battery. My partner has had the same problem with his HTC, and when it went to shop they said that it could be something to do with the system update :/ I know nothing about these phones and am lost without it. But thank you x

Also, it wasnt dropped, didnt get wet and wasnt left in the sun, so havent got a clue whats wrong with it x

Thanks, but gonna give up very soon and will just have to buy a new phone i guess. Can recieve calls, but cant unlock screen to make them, read texts etc and need to be able to read texts from kids when they're out x

Sorry, I thought the battery pull had sorted it.

I'd take it back to the shop, they may give you a replacement (dependant on how old the handset is).
