So I got a new ZTE Score M yesterday (I already had one but it broke) and it was working fine. This morning it was going slow so i rebooted it and when I did it said "Update needed. Update?" so I pressed yes and it was downloading and working fine until it said "Needs to reboot after update. Press to reboot." I pressed yes and it rebooted and it went to a screen with a little Android bot and an arrow coming out of a box and a loading bar. It's been on that screen for a while now, What do I do?

I hope you are not still waiting for the update. I've had a few (on different devices) that take several minutes, but not two hours (from your OP to my reply). If you are still having difficulty, you can check in with your phone's forum and ask there. I'm sure someone will have some advice for you.
