my tracfone zte valet won't receive photos, gives a message saying "no subject". any idea why? it gives the appearance of downloading, then the error message.
Either Tracfone is screwing up or your APN is set wrong. Check with Tracfone's tech support. (That's assuming you have enough free internal storage space for a picture to be downloaded to - if not, that's the reason.)
Clady - just checking, you do have "data" turned on, right? You won't be able to get photos via WiFi or via standard phone carrier. The Valet needs the data connection to be on to send and receive photos.
