Help ZTE Valet Z665C Videos Taken With Phone Playing Back in Fast Forward

Hello, I have had my new ZTE Valet smartphone for a little less than a month and have not been able to figure out how to slow down the videos I take with the phone when they are played back. The playback is always in fast forward mode. :confused: Is there a setting I can change to make my videos play in a normal speed? Or.. is my phone defective? Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you. :)

Thank you very much for your response. I installed MX Payer and it's still playing the videos in fast forward mode. I'm beginning to think my phone may be defective. I had another issue and it's still happening occasionally. It will not power on and I have to take the battery out to restart it. I should not need to be doing that. I love the phone, but I would love it more if it performed the way it's supposed to! I do have the new replacement the seller from eBay sent me... I guess I am going to have to transfer everything to the other new phone and start over. :(
 
Ok, I finally found the settings for the camcorder and reset it to the default settings and it is playing back at the right speed using MX Player. There wasn't any volume before on the videos and now that it's recording and playing back in the right speed, the volume is very low even with the volume control turned all the way up. Any suggestions on how to make the playback volume louder? Again, thanks for any suggestions. :)
