I can't receive picture messages either but I have at&t go phone plan with no data, I just use WiFi and whatsapp to get picture messages.

Whenever someone textxs me a pic it says click to download but It always failed. But its probably because my plan has no data.

I have go sms pro but I had to go to my message setting and set my user carrier to my apn user and my mms and mms proxy its really simple once u get in the message settings

U have to go to ur message settings and set them the same as ur apn settings hope it works for you any questions just ask

bought my z740 back in march screen froze up about a month ago cant get the screen to respond to anything . ive tried just about everything I have found online to do any ideas or am I stuck with a paper weight? I would really like to get this thing working
