ZTE Z982 Help to mirror to TV

I would like to play videos from the web and Amazon prime from my cell phone to my Toshiba LED TV (not smart tv). Cell store workers, friends, neighbors even Wal-Mart electronics all told me different ways to do this and none work. What is the easiest way to do this? Thank you very much!

You'll need a streaming device for the tv and wifi. Install AllConnect on your phone

Miracast adapter plugged into HDMI TV ($10-$15), no special apps needed as the system already has it enabled.. Turn on the WiFi switch and go into display/cast

If you would state which of those 'different ways' you've actually tried, and some details about why each didn't work for you, this would save a lot of repetitive replies or maybe even suggestions on how to get one working.

I bought Chromecast. It works great and thank you for the help.
