ZTE Zmax Pro..

So, I was checking out the ZTE Zmax Pro and I'm thinking about getting it.. I never had a ZTE phone before, so if anyone would be able to give me their opinion on the phone it would be appreciated!

It's the best phone you could have so cheap. From my experience it is easy to use . It's clear when taking pictures even when watching videos . great music player and video player . It charges fast you have to buy headphones since it doesn't have . You can buy sd card alongside it if you need .Good stereo system . In conclusion if you buy it I recommend take care of it is the best phone ever according to me.

I can't see your point about it being a good music player unless you use blutooth headphones to bypass that ick Dolby app.

Other then that, it is a good phone. I don't really get much lag and if I do, it's user error. No force closes from my experience and this is from a 6+ month user.

Also, don't expect root if that's what you do

How does it compare to a Samsung? I've always had either Samsung or HTC and I love those brands. But I have and LG now and not so much.. That's why I was checking others out and I came across the ZTE. Its either that or a Galaxy S5.. I know it's older but I've had one before so I know how they are. I mainly use my for watching Hulu or listening to music, but I play it through an external bluetooth speaker. So as long as the screen resolution, sound oh and the camera is good or can compare to a higher model like that I guess is what I'm trying to say... Lol. Sorry it's early and I just put my coffee on lol

Its going to be much better than the s5 for sure. The only thing is that this phone is huge so play around with the demo model before and buy a case. You could also buy a used lg v10, you get them for around 150 on swappa. On a side note because the screen is so big watching movies and videos on it is great.

Whats wrong with dolby, I find the treble too high on default. Its pretty good once you set it up and its very simple to turn off as well. You can also boost the bass over the limit with a simple trick...

Audiophile right here, and Dolby doesn't cut it. The bass sucks, can't disable audio limits and oh those effects are much not needed and crappy. I wanna hear is music, not what Dolby intended it to be.

If you liked Samsung and can't get into lg, you're probably not gonna like this phone. Most people can't get out of that heavy Samsung theme they use over android. Seriously, I've met a guy that couldn't use this device cause he couldn't figure it out, even went on and on about Samsung being a better "operating system" all I could think was what a ****

Like every other phone in this price range, the call volume is extremely low. I have adhd which affects my processing of sound but this is clearly waaaay tooooooo low.
