Have several google play apps installed... None have ever launched. Have posted to googleplay and other sites more than a month as well as android authority.

Overall it's been working pretty well. However, there are some problems. For one thing, some of the titles have no covers or have pathetically useless excuses for them, for instance

What the heck is that and how do I fix it? It shouldn't be too difficult to find and import the proper covers. I bet it's harder to fix sideways presentations or vertical instead of horizontal. Also, I have had at least one that doesn't show up in Nook but I can open and read it with Nook FROM THE DOWNLOAD LIST ONLY. What is up with that?

Hello- I've been noticing some strange activity on a few of my bug reports that was not initiated by me. I am curious to know if anyone can tell me what it is and if physical access to the device is necessary or if it can be done remotely. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Not working

So, my Nexus 7 seems to be stuck in a boot loop, with a screen saying that it is "optimizing" the apps, then returning to the Android startup screen. I believe that I may be running Android 7 (8?).

Would a factory reset help, or should I look at other alternatives?

It was a year ago today that the WHO declared the COVID-19 pandemic. In some ways, it seems much longer than that, yet it also seems like it was just yesterday. I'm not sure how that works.

March 11 now has three separate meanings for me: the 2011 earthquake/tsunami in Japan, my mom's 2013 death, and now the 2020 pandemic.

I wonder where we'll be a year from now. Will things be back to normal? Something resembling normal? I think so. I'm thinking 12-18 months from now we'll be pretty much living normal lives, but 'normal' may be somewhat different from before.

Thanks to Pfizer and the other companies who've produced vaccines in record time. Once enough people are vaccinated, 'normal' will be within sight.

How are you doing now? Where do you think we'll be in a year?

Just moved from windows phone 8.1 to Android 10 (Samsung A21 phone). We only have talk and text (no data plan). With the windows phone, I can use voice command to make calls without the need to enable data. When I say "call Bob", the phone will automatically dial Bob's number 800-800-0000.

In Android 10, I can launch Google and say "call 800-800-0000 and Google will dial that number (no need to connect to the internet). However, with the command "call Bob", Google will ask for access to the internet. Is there a fix to this problem? Is there another app that I can use that will access CONTACT and dial out without the need to connect to the internet?
