When I ask Android Auto to send a message to X it does no problem. But when I look at my phone it creates a new conversation, and their reply is too a previous conversation, not the one I just sent.

I have an android tablet and I have placed into kiosk mode, my question is as follows: Is it possible to force install apps onto the said tablet? Taking it out of kiosk mode would be an inconvenience.

I have an old Samsung Galaxy Tablet (SM-T377W) from my last job, which laid me off and then folded. I tried giving them my work tablet back for almost a year, and they haven't given me an answer nor a way to, so I figure it's mine now after 11 months. Yay.

I want to wipe it so I can put my own stuff on it, as it was locked down.

I boot into recovery mode, try to factory wipe it, and it says that it's locked out of doing that. What's the next best way to wipe this? Load a copy of software from an SD card? Other ideas?

I know it's a little unorthodox and I really want to get this useless thing useful. Thank you in advance.

So went into system settings > Fingerprint scanner so no one can access my telephone, without my thumbprint, the default one of my right thumb, since I mostly work with photographs and other apps with my right thumb. So I test it several billion times, and still no vibration or whatever it is kind of slightly off right? Well yeah, my pet peeve is that how come, when I did get this cell phone my thumb animation was on, and active with the thumb recognition it reads, and now after the update of android 10, it will not get that back? Any suggestions my friends?

For the past few weeks, my 6T is doing strange things when I leave my home and without doing anything...just with the phone in my pocket. Any and all of these in various combinations: The flashlight comes on. The phone goes into airplane mode. Alarm clock is set. NFC is set. Data is turned off. Today, I got an emergency alert message that I had previously received last June.

Otherwise, I see no sign of lost data, and the date/time seem to be correct.

Any clue as to what's going on?

My S10e went through a system update in January 2021 and one aspect of streaming has changed. I stream a local radio station via Chrome using the station's own streaming link. After the update, the streaming stops after a minute or two. If the phone is plugged in/charging, it continues without interruption. I have not been able to figure out any battery or power setting that is causing the stream to stop.

Hulu and YouTube apps work fine under battery power, so that makes me think I'm simply being pushed toward using dedicated apps rather than a browser.

If anyone has any insight I'd love to hear from you.
