I started getting this message everytime. Nothing works so far. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Is there some way to fix it without factory reset?

My Nexus 6P has been such a good phone that I've been willing to deal with any problems, including replacing the battery earlier this year.

Today when I moved it from the car into the house, it would no longer charge, so I swapped wall warts and cables between the car's 500W AC inverter and the house with the same results, even with combinations of both. If the phone is powered down then the charge display lights (71% when powered down), but no additional charge is indicated even after several hours, nor does the charge display go dark after the initial indication..

I doubt that both chargers would fail on the same day, so does this mean that some internal component has failed? Is there anything else to try, please?

Possible somebody can point me in the right way.

Samsung A7, updates automatically the Android Verison, now to Android 10.
And it get from bad to worse.
And overloaded with more and more crap I don't use and don't want.
And it get fatter and slower.

I changed my usage never.
I have my browser, my apps, I do what I do.
And I don't want with every "update" more and more apps I don't use, I don't like, I don't want.

So I would like to go back to Android 4 or 5.

A friend at my old living place changed one time my old phone back from Android 8 to Android 5.
But the contact broke up and I can't do that myself.

So, (almost) simple question :
Is there a possibility to help to delete Android 10 from my Samsung A7 and to install something like Android 5 or better 4 ?

And before the discussion started, I don't care what is better or not.
I don't like the way Android goes.
It's like Windows from good to bad to the catastrophy with win8 and win 10.
Android goes the same way.

I want a Android lite.
4 or 5 would be my choice.

I have a problem with my fastboot device. when it's on fastboot it says that (Filed: unknown command) please help

I have a pixel C, all of a sudden it stopped streaming or downloading videos/ programmes from my5, all4, itv.com. it will play trailers but not the actual programme. BBC I player is fine.

I assumed it was because it has stopped updating ages ago. . Rooted and flashed Android 10, with lots of help from this forum! Everything working fine as far as the OS and all apps are concerned but the issue is the same.

My Samsung mobile steams everything perfectly on the same WiFi network.
Used my phone to tether, same problem.
Tried every solution on the internet, no change.

Anybody got any ideas, please?

LG Stylo phone, Sprint Service, Android. At frequent intervals, the phone vibrates (no noise) and a new Current Location shows up on my screen. How can I disable this feature. I have gone to Personal, Location and clicked OFF, but it continues to do this. It has not done this before. I have no idea what I did to make it start. I have updated the Android system a few times when notified.

I hope today finds you all well & enjoying today.

I broke the digitizer on my ZTE Maven Z812. I use AT&T Go Phone. (Now called ATT Prepaid)

Rather than replacing the digitizer, I wish to buy a new phone. I've seen many advertised as unlocked, but can't find any good information about how to go about setting one up.

I also can't figure out what band I need. AT&T Support would not tell me. On line, I found lots of conflicting information. Many sites have different information than the others, so I thought it would be better to ask here than "wing it".

Unlocked appeals to me because I won't have all the extra stuff the carrier throws in. One big example is AT&T Hot Spot on my Maven. It can not be turned off and the phone constantly seeks a network, thus slowing things down.

Does one simply buy an unlocked phone and download the Android version of choice, then instal the SIM and register it? Will the Android download have basic stuff like messaging, calendar and contacts?

What's this game ?
"Bubbles Pop Infinite 2020" is a casual game for Android.
The objective is simple:

• survive as long as you can and make your best score to get your place in the top 15.

Bubbles will appear randomly and your mission is to explode them by tapping on it.
It will be faster and faster with the time.
But you can't tap as you wish. To explode them and get points, the bubbles and
the borders must have the same color at the moment you tap them.
Borders colors also change randomly, faster and faster with time

Tapping a wrong bubble will give you penalties. Your reflexes, accuracy and calm will be needed.

It is time again for the miserable experience of selecting a new phone and moving into it. I think buying a new house is easier. I'm hoping someone can help me by answering a couple of questions. Don't worry, I'm not asked for the "best" phone or anything like that. I suspect that my "best" is probably different than the conventional view.

1. Is there a website where you can actually compare features of phones from all manufacturers?

2. Does anyone know of a phone with a camera that can take a decent photo of a small wildflower? Now don't jump up and holler "my phone has a XXX megapixel camera so it should take great wildflower photos". It probably won't. Right now we've got a 48 Mpx camera and it is junk. I've tried lots of them and none that I've tried so far will autofocus on the flower. They all seem to focus on the background. Bright, distinct flowers on drab, busy backgrounds. Even the ones with selectable focus where you poke at the item you want in focus right on the screen.
Now I'm sure there must be one that will take a photo of the flower and not the background, but I'd sure like to hear it from someone who has done it.
Why is this so important? My wife uses her phone for three things. Telephony, rare texting, and photographing native plants and wildflowers for ID purposes. She has found that she can use some Google app or function to help her with the ID of these plants, but it only works when the camera takes a decent photo.
And we are not trying to make the camera focus too closely. I know this because if I stick my finger next to the flower on the same plane of focus, the camera will focus on my finger.

Has anyone noticed how the whole Voice-to-text engine/algorithm seems to be oriented towards kids, teenagers, people that watch a lot of tv or watch & read entertainment news ?
As follows . . .

While you're typing, any word that seems remotely like a teenage band, pop idol, entertainment phenomenon, trend or trendy clothing, whatever - gets capitalized as such.
I'm talking about regular words that could be proper nouns (for some teenage reason), but are usually/often not.
Typically, for virtually every text I have to correct at least one or more such erroneous capitalizations.

Moreover, there are a lot of other random capitalizations, which don't make any sense at all.

Finally,
There are a lot of word guesses and insertions, which are often not even real words, when the obvious is not chosen.

It'd really be great if there was some control, choice, or personalization for this - like choices of algorithm versions / the adult vs teenage algorithms / insert only real words / Don't capitalize in the middle of a sentence / etc.

Anyone know how to leave feedback for the developers ?

I couldn't turn up anything except via the phone's settings for Gboard feedback, which is not really conducive to writing much.
