Hey everyone two quick questions, all simple and direct like... First, is there a remote delete app that is reliable, in case your phone ever gets stolen or lost. (Bonus points if it frags the SD card!) And has anything come along that could backup a non rooted Android phone similar to Titanium? (Both system and apps... I've used Helium in the past, by the same dev's I believe, but it doesn't do the system.)

Hey guys, I recently purchased a S20 Ultra and am finding it a great phone. However, I've come to realize they've removed the encryption on boot-up feature which I was really looking to use for privacy reasons. I went and asked on the live chat on the Samsung website, and they said it was removed and I would have to "use a third party app or rom" to be able to get back this feature.

I'm now looking into installing a custom ROM and haven't done for many years so I need a bit of help with this, is it just me being stupid, or is there no custom ROM's really released for the S20 Ultra yet? As I've not been able to find one whilst searching.

Also I was curious to if anyone knew a easier way or setting that I could activate that I might have not noticed to be able to activate boot up/start up encryption for the S20?

Today, I unintentionally deleted 40 tabs I have had open in Google Chrome on my phone for a long time, some of them for up to three years. All these webpages were significant to me, and I'm desperate to retrieve them if this is at all possible. Here's how I made the blunder:

Settings > Application manager > Chrome > Manage Storage > Clear All Data

This has wiped out all tabs (and History) in Chrome on my phone, so I'd be very grateful for expert advice on retrieving them.

I have now the TX6 Android TV Box with Android 9. I have installed Ugoos-Launcher and set it as default, but the original TVLaucher starts everytime at reboot.

Where can I disable TVLaucher startup at reboot elsewhere as default setting. That does not work here..
I cannot deinstall TVLauncher, the button is not present.

When I kill TVLauncher then UgoosLauncher pops up.

Hi guys I'm new here so forgive me for any formatting errors.
I have a SM-J3110 and over the past few days I have been unable to enable tohe OEM unlock option. Every time the enable option is done, the slider goes back to disabled, and killing app while dialog is open also did not help. Can someone help solve this problem? Attached is a recording of me trying to enable the option to no avail.

I am trying to move/delete/copy specific photos from my phone to my computer. I don't use any cloud, and don't want to if I can avoid it. I just want to plug in my phone, and use File Explorer in Win10 to view the gallery of pics I have so I can select specific ones. When I try that, I only get Icons, regardless of which "view" setting I choose in Explorer.

Seems to me, USB-C is a faster and reliable connection compared to sending files via BT from the phone. I included a screenshot of File Explorer for the sake of clarity. Is there a way I can review thumbs of the photos on the phone from within File Explorer and do this?

Any thoughts would be most welcomed.

My wife did a factory reset on her J7 duo, to clear the clutter and get some storage back. Anyway since the reset the Bluetooth is misbehaving. She can send a photo to my phone no problem but if I send one to her it takes so long for the 'accept' screen to come up that the send has timed out and given a 'failed to send' message. Any ideas?

I'm getting a sound and vibration starting at random with no notification appearing, so I can't stop it without restarting the phone. I close all open apps and it still continues. It has even started while I am on a call, which is so annoying. And it is only since I have moved to the S20.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to identify the app? I have no alarms set, no calendar event, nothing that I can identify. It has occurred a few times now.

The volume is controlled by the ringtone volume setting, but the sound is not a ringtone or notification sound or any sound setting.

Hey guys! Can I get some info on how to root my Samsung A10e Sm-s102dl. I've done so much research and everything points to unlocking the bootloader. But in order to do so I have to enable OEM Unlock. But that's where I get stuck, my phone does NOT have an OEM Unlock option. I've went into the Developer setting and looked everywhere, I've waited 7 or more days with Developer settings on still no OEM unlock. I've even went as far as using ADB and Fastboot but I get stuck their too. Can anyone please help me?

I'm trying out a new email app however it appears as though it goes to sleep for hours at a time. I thought I had my settings correct to prevent this, but I may be missing something. What settings do I need to check to make sure the app doesn't go to sleep?

I have 2 galaxy phones with two different phone number with AT&T and they are both having the same calendar issues. Just these couple days, I found out that 90% of all events that are scheduled on the calendar are disappeared on all of the future months. All of the past events were still there. Just the future ones that are missing. Those 90% event that are missing are the one with the REPEAT scheduled. The single events are still ok. The weird thing is that these missing events only disappeared on the phone. When I check on my Laptop of Desktop through the same google account, they are all still there. This is proven that all the scheduled events are store in the server are still there. It might have to do with the phone setting. If any one has any idea what is going on, please advice. If I have 2 phones, is there a way I can view the notification log of one phone from the other? I've used gesture/shortcut apps to see the logs on my individual device, but what if the other phone had a separate number and use and I wanted to see all of its notifications remotely?

What I want to know is how to arrange the directory structure, what music file formats are supported
and what playlist type to use. I have both .wav and .flac files on my computer that I want to copy to my
phone. I have copied a flac directory and a few wav directories. The flac seems to get recognized when I use voice to ask for the artist, but the wav's do not. I'm wondering if Samsung Music or Android Auto doesn't recognize .cue files? It seems to recognize .m3u files.

I was hoping to use voice command to have Samsung Music go to a specific album, but thus
far it only works with the one .flac file folder with .m3u playlist. Can playlists be created manually
in notepad or other ascii editor?

I have a shared Samba (smb) directory where a sub-directory is linked as favorite.
The favorite icon is listed in the "Surf" group as last icon very far on the righten side.

How can I replace this icon to be listed as first in the Surf group or may be replaced to the top of the screen ?
I don't want to have my Mediathek icon as last not seeable on the first view.
