Is this a problem that can be fixed?

Scenario:

I make a recording that ends up a certain size (e.g. 423 MB). I used the in-app editor to shorten the video with perhaps 10 percent at the edges. The resulting shortened video file ends up being closer to twice the size (695 MB).

It seems so unecessary since the you can't improve the quality of the original recording. It would seem reasonable that shortened videos become smaller in file size when using no compression or the same level of compression as the original. I thought this would be the standard behaviour of a shortening function.

Hello guys: I’m using the next scenario for Android native applications development:

Graddle plugin 3.6.2

Graddle version 5.6.4

Kotlin version 1.3.61

I write the next dependency injection in my build.graddle.

implementation 'com.foursquare:foursquare-android-oauth:1.1.0'

When I build the project, and only after this injection (in packaging stage), I get this error:

Entry name 'res/drawable/notification_bg_low.xml' collided

As I have found in my personal search, in the project "build.properties" file, I add the next entry to fix the error:

The collision is solved, but another collissions appear. The collision (which are found one in each build process) are the next ones:

The only way I have found so far to fix this is to add all this files in my Project build.graddle file:

During the build process, the next errors are thrown (only appears after "Foursquare" dependency injection)

It seems like "Foursquare" libraries overwrite some clases or packages with another implementation in which attributes or methods are lost. The only solution I have found so far is not implementing this method “NetworkConnectionStatus.isInternetAvailable”. But this is not a solution. As you can see, I'm indicating packages explicitly in my code.

Can you help me, please?

Anyone with att carrier get the new software update that gives you s20 features that's been going out all week.

I have a Galaxy S8, a Panasonic Viera TX-40CX680B TV and a Cambridge Instruments Sound Bar.

I have my TV set connect to the sound bar by fibre optics so that in normal use the sound comes through the sound bar. When changing the sound volume using the remote control, the screen shows that I am changing the headphone volume.

I have chosen a fibre optic connection because the Panasonic TV and Cambridge Instruments sound bar are incompatible by hdmi and will only connect by fibre optics.

I set up the TV as follows
1. Home on remote
2. Devices
3. Mirroring
4. Yes
The TV now awaits signal from phone.

I set up the phone as follows
1. Swipe down with two fingers
2. Smart view
3. Select Panasonic TV
4. Select continue on TV

The screen now mirrors successfully on the TV (as hoped for) but there is no sound either on the mobile or the TV.

Is this due to the use of the soundbar or is there some other explanation.

2) Download latest Odin software for your PC/Laptop- Download Odin

3) Now switch off your phone and press and hold the Volume Down+Home+Power buttons together to boot in to Download Mode (long press until a warning screen appear) and after that press Volume Up key to proceed to Download Mode.

4) Now run the Odin application file as an administrator (Right click on the .exe file and click on Run as administrator)

5) Now connect your Galaxy Note 5 SM-N920K to your computer via USB cable

6) In Odin screen, you should see a COM Port number like “0:[COM4]” at ID:COM section at top left side and “Added!” text at the log box. This means your device has been successfully detected by Odin.

7) In Odin screen, under Options tab, make sure that, only the “Auto Reboot” and “F. Reset Time” options are checked, no other option should checked.

8) Now, click on AP button and select the downloaded .tar TWRP file

9) Finally, click on the Start button to begin the installation process, wait few moments, it may take approximately 3 to 5 minutes to complete.

10) Once completed, you would see “PASS!” message in ID:COM port having green background

12) You can now disconnect your phone from computer by removing the USB cable

13) Now, to boot into recovery mode- first completely switch off your device. Now press and hold Volume Up+Home+Power button together for few seconds until Samsung logo appears. Within few moments the device will boot into recovery mode.

14) Now you can go back to your normal Samsung Galaxy Note 5 SM-N920K smartphone mode by selecting "reboot system now" from the recovery menu. The smartphone will boot to normal mode.

why some app are not working with wifi like banking app and some gaming

i am new in this forum. i just traded in my s9 to note 10. In the note 10, Each time I start the phone, there are several popup unwanted ads that I have to close before I can use the other functions of the phone. I tried everythings mentioned online and Youtube, all failed. I wonder if I can format the hard disk, but it would destroy the factory setting. Is that anyways that I can preserve the factory setting and format the hard drive of the phone?

I am currently in an area with virtually no cell service, but I do have wifi. I've activated Wifi calling on my phone (I've even gone so far as to turn off my "mobile data"), but nearly every time I make a call, Wifi Calling does not kick in (it attempts a regular call and starts to ring the recipient, but neither of us can hear one another). Usually, the fix ends up being me going into my settings, toggling Wifi Calling off then on again, and trying again. What the french toast?

The only way I could find to remove my son's multiple addresses was to remove him as a contact. When I made a new contact for him, using his same phone number, I can no longer call or text him. I have to dial his number. I want to be able to text and call him, without dialing his number.

I switched from the iPad Pro 11" to the Galaxy S6 Tab and I love it. The only problem is I cant find a note taking app that is similiar to Goodnotes, any suggestions? Google wasnt big of an help either.

Above is the link to an article I just read. The title is:

It talks about a new update being rolled out that has updates to the OS. I can't swear to the veracity of the article, but it sounded good enough to post. This isn't the update that Verizon just pushed out, but there is one problem with the article. The build number is higher than the current build, that's good. However, the article says it brings the Security update to March 2020 and I already have April 2020. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ So read it if you'd like and let me know what you think.

I've just discovered that my S5 has no setting for emergency alerts, Amber alerts, or anything like that.

I've Googled it, and it seems that the S5 is supposed to have it? There are many websites with instructions on how to disable/enable it, but it's nowhere to be found on my phone.

Is it provider-specific or something?
