Looks like a Feb 14 release date at $1,380. That's an odd price, I wonder if it is significant.

My mom has an S10 that was having issues (kept rebooting itself) so she took it to an ATT store. They told here they don't work on them anymore and to go to Best Buy. Best buy then told her to go to one of these (you break it we fix it) type places. That guy then proceeded to do what I am guessing is a factory restore. So when he did this it got to the part where she needed to log into her Gmail linked account to which she doesn't have the password for anymore. So now the phone is stuck on the "Let's Go" start page in safe mode and won't get passed anything until the password for the Gmail account is entered. We are currently waiting for Google to get back to use regarding retrieving the password but not sure how long that will take. In the meantime she had an old S6 that I put the sim in and she's good. My question is this: is there any way to get this phone out of this mode in order for me to just get the photos off of it so I can then maybe do a complete factory restore wiping everything out? Or is there a way to get the photos off in the mode it is currently in? I can't see where it is possible short of rooting it and that is something I would rather not get in to.

Does you town have sirens?

I just did a factory reset on my Asus Zenpad 10. The tablet restarted, and then opened the Setup wizard. I selected my input language, and then was taken to the next screen to select a wifi connection. I connect to my wifi network and selected "next", and I receive an error message indicating that the setup wizard app has stopped and needs to restart. Then the first page of the setup wizard opened again (selecting the input language). I have gone through this cycle nearly a dozen times (trying to turn off wifi, selecting a different wifi network, changing the input language, etc) and every time the setup wizard crashes after the wifi selection page.

I tried doing another factory reset (this time a hard reset using the volume&power buttons, since I can't get past the Setup Wizard). The tablet restarted again but I'm still facing the same problem with the Setup Wizard.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have been using my wireless charger for a few years now. Recently it does not seem to be charging. I will drop my phone on the charger, the light turns Blue and the phone does the little charging circle thing it does. However when I wake up in the morning the phone has not charged and the light on the charger is now a light blue color as opposed to the dark blue it is when it is initially placed on the charger. ITa not the blinking blue light its a solid lighter blue. Any idea?

We have a procedure for developers to announce their apps. Read this thread for instructions.
Developer Announcement Procedure. Essentially this will create a sub-forum where threads related to your app can be gathered. You can interact with your members in a dedicated space.

1. Install the Forums for Android app from Play

"Notification" is a simple activity which shows some buttons with a click event actions. When application is running on foreground and notification comes in, then only activity starts but when application is closed or minimized or device is in sleep mode (battery saver mode or not used for long time), then above code gets executed but Notification.java activity is not opened.

That issue is faced by the devices with newer android versions like android 9, for older versions like android 6, it works.

Is the above code missing something or is there any other way that can work on all android versions?

Ok my samsung is a trackphone under strsight talk. I live in such a remote area i only get service with this one network, Verizon , and had yo be in a spevific spot or this network looses signal.
I had Hughesnet over 2 years ago with thier shitty sat. Wifi. Cancelledit, . Closest neighbor has secure wifi, nothing avail to me. Well i used to mirror to my roku way back but all that ceased when lost wifi.
Well if i slide down top menu an galaxy it pairs with roku, and shows trying to do thatbwith wifi. Then roku message alert says unable to perform. Latest software not available. Then after 5 seconds a continue anyway button shows and hit ok.... from there my galaxy mirrors every screen texts, anything not in as high resolution but descent... i think its,all riding my lte as no wifi anywhere. Now its problematic but minimally and hell its free.
I mirror 4 , 5 movies a week no problem . Got 65 gig plan... is this common knowledge?????

What is the best way to add contacts? So where within a contact should one add informations like about whether it is a mobile phone or a landline? Add this behind the name? So it is recognizable in the main contact page?

And what format should the telephone number have? Always with the country code? So +1 for the USA for example: +11763338720. Without delimiters?

Hello guys, I got a problem that occured for the first time when I got the phone. Every 15-20-30 minutes the Wi-Fi of my S8 gets the limited icon, so I have to turn it off and on. When I try to download something on the play store and then google something on the browser it gets limited again. To be honest I don't know what to do anymore, tried differents settings, everything works fine with the other devices I have, but this is the exception.

Thinking about buying a NIB unlocked xt1789-03 Force Sprint version. No one can tell me if the Oreo update is still available OTA. I would be using a Verizon sim. I prefer the Z2 for the metal body and cameras. I searched for ours and chatted with Motorola. No one can tell me anything about available updates. I don't want to buy before knowing it will update easily OTA. Anyone know for sure?

Is there a way to manually input the randomised Mac address that is used when you activate the "random Mac address" setting in android 10 ?

Key points from his unboxing:

One awesome thing it DOES have (that only works with folds):

His main point seems to conclude the following:

• The fold seems like a good idea if it allows you to put something larger (like a tablet) in your pocket, but he would rather just get a smaller smartphone than the RAZR.
