Help Force display to turn off

There's an app that force the display to be on, which I really don't need to keep an eye on and is just draining the battery. Is there a way to force the display to turn off? It should turn back on when I pressed the button that does that, the one just above the volume control.

Thank you kindly

Galaxy S20: Price

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Price will be $999 USD based on current rumors. There may be a 4G version (that doesn't support 5G) for $849.

This will be the starting price but customer options (internal storage, color, etc...), carrier deals, customer upgrades, trade-ins, and taxes and other fees could make the price higher or lower, depending.

This falls in line with the Samsung Galaxy S10 launch which saw the price start at $899 for the 128GB model. It's a surprise to see the estimated price of a new model drop from the previous year, but there are more expensive versions of this year's phone found with the Galaxy S20 Plus, Galaxy S20 Ultra, and Galaxy Z Fold.

How do I get the categories class to transition to subcategories class

Hi

I'm currently using fragments to create a category screen and ranking screen, however, I now want to add subcategories to the categories when clicked, however now upon clicking a category now I get this error

(Unable to instantiate activity ComponentInfo{com.example.educat/com.example.educat.SubCat}: java.lang.ClassCastException: com.example.educat.SubCat cannot be cast to android.app.Activity)

The categories class currently fetches the categories from firebase and lists them, I now want on click of a category to take the user to subcategories also fetched from firebase.

Any help would be appreciated.

Keyboard with clipboard saving

Can someone tell me if there's a keyboard that has clipboard saving?
Like where you copy things and those things are available for later?

I use Swiftkey.
It's awesome.
The best thing about it is the Clipboard saving.
Copy something and it's available to use for later.

Except... the problem is it doesn't work!
The functionality is there - it just doesn't work!
I've tried emailing, tried twittering.
They keep ignoring me, their most valuable customer.
(That was a joke)

I'm hoping there's a keyboard that is as awesome as Swiftkey, but with a Clipboard manager that works!

The device is not recognized

Hi, I've been trying to run an app for like a week, I can't figure out what's wrong. I enabled developer mode on the smartphone and USB debugging too. I just want to run a hello world. I tried the "troubleshoot device connections" and "restart ADB server", it says "unable to locate ADB" every time. I tried with 2 smartphones !

And Android Studio doesn't want to download the emulator from SDK Manager, it says "Installation did not complete successfully. See the IDE log for details.". I can't even find this log file ! The AVD cannot be started without the emulator.

What should I do to solve either ADB or AVD issue ? I've tried everything.

How to pro-grammatically determine the OS level font name applied in System settings?

I have an requirement to get the font-name currently applied in the system and use same font-name to generate PDF contents. As i searched in official API doc android does not provide any functionality to read the currently applied system font.

I would like to know is there any way to retrieve the name of the currently applied font style ?

Thanks
