I posted a question earlier today from home, recieved some replies and wanted to post back, however im at my work PC and dont remember my login password.

Hi!
I got a new phone from my dad(galaxy j1 mini prime)
And it's protected by an application!
that means that I cant surf the web and I cant remove it!
i have tried all these options:
hard reset(still doesnt work and it reboots without a format data).
to remove the app by the simple way(but of course-it doesnt work...).
I cant get inside the development settings or another setting that can cause weakness to this app).
I tried safe mode too...
Does someone have an idea?

did a factory reset on my tablet try to login to playstore with Google credentials goes to checking info and loops till it states problem connecting to Google servers I have no issue on my s10 any help would appreciated
